If you are by yourself on an outbound conference call, use the handset instead of the speakerphone to improve conferencing voice quality. Press *0 on your touch-tone phone if your have any problems or need assistance from the conference operator. The most common conferencing request we receive is for the conferencing operator to dial-out to a late outbound conference call participant. We can do so, allowing the host to return to a productive meeting while we locate your tardy party. Avoid leading or participating in an outbound conference call from your cell phone or portable telephone. Background noise, static and accidental disconnects can be distracting.
